Shining A Little Light

Let me be the one that guides you through your dark tunnel
I like being compared to an owl because I’m a predator who is nocturnal
Follow my lead and I will guide you to a sweet escape
Because I too have been caged up like an ape

I’m a unique battery because all I consist of is a positive charge
I can give any automobile a boost whether she is small or large
I’m your headlights that allows you to see everything in a wide range
I’m someone who will never leave you in darkness that will cause you a state of derange

Despite my size I can fit in anyplace even if it’s compact
When it comes to protecting a queen I’m down for whatever to keep her kingdom intact
If you are traveling by land, air or even by sea
I’m a special light; you can always count on me

So whenever you feel that you are cloaked in darkness because of your surroundings
You can always count on me to guide you to a place that’s resounding
It doesn’t matter if your sky is cloudy during the day or at night
Take my hand and squeeze it tight, as I guide you to some light
